When working in or around your property, the job no matter how small, is classed as a ‘construction site’ and it is a necessity to have liability insurance.

In the unlikely event of an accident causing injury and/or damage to property, Bayside Maintenance is covered for up to 20m, this covers legal liability, personal damages and property damage.

I am also covered should I be injured on your property and anyone who works with me is covered under their own insurance.

For peace of mind, it pays to check that contractors working on your property have this insurance, if you need to see our certificate of currency
